Selah Tech Solutions is an industrial IoT engineering firm based in Johannesburg, South Africa. We design and deploy real-time facility monitoring systems for factories, workshops, and industrial operations.

Contact form

When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the following information you choose to provide:

• Name - required, to address you by name in our response
• Phone / WhatsApp number - required, to follow up on your enquiry
• Company name - optional, to understand your operational context
• Email address - optional, for written follow-up if you prefer
• Your message - what you need monitored or built

This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry. It is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for marketing without your consent.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with the site. GA4 collects anonymised data including pages visited, time on page, and general geographic region (country/city level). No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

To opt out of Google Analytics tracking, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

How we use your information

• To respond to enquiries submitted via the contact form
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the site content

We do not use your information for automated decision-making.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to complete the business relationship. GA4 data is retained for 14 months (Google default retention period).

Your rights under POPIA

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate personal information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Object to the processing of your personal information
